the idea

Indo is a project my brother and I made in about a weekend. We wanted to create something cool and funny using GenAI, so we thought about a daily game like Wordle, but on Indo you have to guess the prompt used to generate the image you see.

how it works

Every night a scheduled job picks the day's theme, asks GPT-4o to write a prompt about it, and has the Flux image model draw it. That image is the day's puzzle.

Your guess isn't checked word by word, which would make the game impossible. Both your guess and the real prompt are turned into embeddings, and the game compares their meaning: the closer your guess is to what the prompt describes, the higher your score, shown as a percentage. You get a limited number of tries each day.

what I learned

It was a fun challenge and a great learning curve.
